Sales Terms and Conditions - Leather Bag Affair

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.LeatherBagAffair.com under the distance selling regulations.


Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and import taxes. Leather Bag Affair gives the opportunity to check prices in other currencies only by way of example.


All payment transactions are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States. No extra payment will be required upon delivery. Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union. Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected]


The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Leather Bag Affair within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to [email protected]


Leather Bag Affair guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes. You can return a product to Leather Bag Affair within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving the returned product. You cannot return:

personalized products
products purchased for professional and/or commercial use

Products returned with damaged or without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded. Customers have to fill out an Return Form from the dedicated area in the home page.
Leather Bag Affair reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of credit.

Leather Bag Affair will provide prepaid label. If a different label is used, the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed.


All Leather Bag Affair products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Leather Bag Affair and provide pictures of the problem to: [email protected] This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Leather Bag Affair reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.


The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Leather Bag Affair takes place in France and is regulated by the relevant French Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations. The Court of Pau will have jurisdiction in case any controversy arises.
